Tokyo, Aug. 29 (Jiji Press)--Nippon Steel Corp. said Friday that its fire-hit Yawata steelworks in the southwestern Japan city of Kitakyushu will resume full operations in mid-December. The July 29 fire is expected to cause a loss of some 200,000 tons in steel output.
