WASHINGTON (Reuters) - About 6 million children's metal necklaces and zipper pulls from Stravina Operating Co. are being recalled because of a lead poisoning risk, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Wednesday. There have been no incidents or injuries reported with the products, but the jewelry contains high levels of accessible lead, the commission said.
