Text of report by Russian state news agency ITAR-TASS Vladikavkaz, 15 August: The first batch of Kazakh humanitarian aid for South Ossetian residents will be delivered to South Ossetia, ITAR-TASS has learnt at the information service of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry.
