Text of report by Russian state news agency ITAR-TASS Vladikavkaz, 15 August: The first batch of Kazakh humanitarian aid for South Ossetian residents will be delivered to South Ossetia, ITAR-TASS has learnt at the information service of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry.
The Russian Federal Service for Supervision in Communications and Mass Communications has warned the editors of Russian mass media that they have "to observe legislation on preventing the spreading of extremist reports", the ITAR-TASS news agency reported on 12 August.
