US Airways has announced that it will launch a new daily service to Birmingham, UK and Oslo, Norway from its international gateway at the Philadelphia International Airport in the US, effective May 2009. Hong Kong Express Airways has announced new services from Hong Kong to Osaka, Japan; Phuket, Thailand; Denpasar, Indonesia; and Manila, Philippines.
