Matthew Reeve, a member of the Board of Directors of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, has signed up to run the 2009 ING New York City Marathon. Reeve is a producer and director, as well as the son of the late Christopher Reeve, a popular film actor and director, who died in 2004 of complications from a spinal cord injury he sustained in a horseback riding accident years earlier.
