(NYSE: CNX), the leading diversified fuel producer in the Appalachian Basin, reported net income of $100 million, or $0.54 per diluted share for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. During the quarter, CONSOL Energy incurred fees associated with the Dominion gas acquisition of $47 million.
