An earthquake, with epicenter in the Hindu Kush, shook central Afghanistan Monday while other quakes rattled China. There were no reports of casualties or damage from the stricken regions. The U.S. Geological Survey said the early morning quake in Afghanistan, centered about 40 miles south of Kabul, was of 6.0-magnitude, CNN reported.
