JERUSALEM (Reuters) - A small explosion occurred near the Israeli city of Tel Aviv on Wednesday but no one was hurt in the blast, which police said did not appear to be a Palestinian militant attack. Police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld said the small explosive device was placed near a car wash in a business district in the city of Ramat Gan. "Police are looking into the cause of the explosion. (It) seems to be criminal activity," he said.
