NEW YORK, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Responding to weak economic conditions that make it difficult for some families to afford back-to-school clothing, school uniform supplier French Toast and retailer Youngland/Kid City are combining to donate $25,000 in school uniforms vouchers to two New York City Public Schools.
