By Charles Abbott WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Lawmakers are still several months away from an overhaul of U.S. farm subsidy law and expect the outcome of world trade talks to be clear by the time they begin, according to two Congressional committee chairmen. U.S. farm supports cost roughly $20 billion a year. Some outlays could be affected by proposals at the trade talks for deep cuts in trade-distorting domestic subsidies. Also on the table are calls for fewer barriers to farm imports....
