LEWISTON - At noon on Saturday, Aug. 23, guitar students from Carroll's Music Center will give a free recital at The Maple Room. Not a typical recital, the young musicians will play lead guitar with a back-up band performing songs of their own choosing. Selections are varied and include Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, the Ramones, Cream, Greenday and Veruca Salt.
