By Ed Beeson WANAQUE The fourth and final suspect in an early morning armed robbery has been arrested, police said. Michael Semiz, 20, of Paterson was caught by police Tuesday. He was charged with robbery, theft, assault and conspiracy to commit robbery. Police said that Semiz was one of four men and women who stole $900 from a borough resident, using a knife stolen from the resident's home.
