An ancient stone fragment with archaic Egyptian signs found at a dig near Lake Kinneret is the first of its kind to be found outside Egypt, archaeologists said. LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Doug Fieger, singer/guitarist with 1970s rock band The Knack underwent successful surgery in Los Angeles on Thursday to remove two brain tumors, a spokesman said. According to a statement, Fieger's surgeon at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center expects him to make a full recovery.
