A UN report said Wednesday that drug use is moving away from cocaine and opiates and growing towards synthetic drugs. "The world's supply of the two main problem drugs -- opiates and cocaine -- keeps declining," the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) found in its 2010 World Drug Report presented Wednesday.
