By SAMANTHA PARKER Culture Team YOUNG Liverpool carers took to the stage last night to perform a Capital of Culture show written and directed by themselves. The nine 13-17-year-olds are part of Barnardos Action with Young Carers. And they produced Scouc-'A' pool during a four-day residential camp where they enjoyed a break from looking after their mums and dads.
