Judge Says Plan B Contraception Should Be Over the Counter

A federal judge ruled that age restrictions on over-the-counter sales of the morning after pill are “arbitrary” and must end within 30 days. If the ruling stands it would mean women would not have to prove they’re 17 or older to buy the pill. It would also allow pharmacies to move the pill from behind the counter to store shelves.
